Supervisor Membership CCPT-S

Required Documents

All applicants for CCPT-S membership are required to meet all requirements for CCPT-R as well as show evidence of:
CCPT Supervision Qualification
NIRE-S Qualification (NIRE- National Institute for Relationship Enchancement)
NZ Supervision Qualification
New Zealand Supervision Qualification
Supervision Hours
70 CCPT Supervision hours Please note 20 of these hours must be with a CCPT-S (Registered Supervisor with ANZAPT)
Please note
If you have previously held CCPT-R registered membership you will not need to submit documents required for CCPT-R. If you have not held CCPT-R membership you will need to submit documents for CCPT-R membership as well.
Before filling in the application form, please have all relevant documentation ready to upload prior to commencing your application. These documents do not need to be certified copies, however certificates, academic transcripts, statutory declarations, and/or signed letters from supervisors will be required.
